David Middleton Appointed to Senior Director of Strategy and Technology

When David Middleton started his journey with Memphis Stone & Gravel and sister company Lehman-Roberts, he did so as an intern. After successfully obtaining his degree nine months later, he departed for a long-term role at Vanderbilt University. Although the Memphis Stone & Gravel Information Technology (IT) team did not require extra full-time staff at that moment, David’s work ethic and expertise had left a significant impact. He was invited to rejoin the team as IT Manager just two years later.

After ten years of service with the team and later being promoted to Director of IT, David is held in high esteem by his peers for laying the foundation of a strong IT department. Thus, we are thrilled to announce David’s new promotion to Senior Director of Strategy and Technology.
