TPR Star: James Rayford

TPR, or Total Process Reliability, embodies our team’s continued commitment to stewardship through diligent care and proactive maintenance of our tools and equipment. This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on James Rayford, equipment operator at Love Plant, who truly exemplifies this initiative. Known across the company for his hard work and dedication, James continues to set a great example for us all!

Eddie Ragsdale, director of production, shared, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with James for 30 years, and he’s always been an expert at taking care of his equipment. From keeping the tracks clean to checking his oil, he is always on top of it.”

When asked why James was named this month’s TPR Star, Shannon Minga, TPR coordinator, spoke highly of the pride James takes in his equipment. He confidently stated, “James always has his pre-ops submitted, and he takes very good care of his machine, both inside and out. He’s always proactive when it comes to needed maintenance as well. When he has downtime, he is usually doing some kind of washing and cleaning on his machine.”

Colton Collins, continuous improvement program manager, added, “Mr. James has been a true TPR champion from the very beginning. He keeps his equipment clean and well-maintained, always has a positive attitude, and is a great example for the rest of our team.”

Congratulations James!
