Tylor Sawyer Promoted to Leadman of Love Plant
Please join us in congratulating Tylor Sawyer on his recent promotion to Leadman at Love Plant! In this new role, Tylor will work alongside the foreman to help oversee plant operations and ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. His experience and steady presence at the plant have made him a trusted member of the team.

Bryan Hughes Promoted to Leadman of DeSoto Plant Conveyors
Congratulations to Bryan Hughes on his promotion to leadman of the conveyors at the Desoto Plant! In this role, Bryan will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the conveyors, as well as tracking any issues that arise.
Terry Lovett, Foreman of the Desoto Plant, added, “Bryan is a loyal team member with an excellent attendance record. He approaches every job and project with safety and efficiency.”
Scott Jefferies, Assistant Superintendent, remarked, “Bryan is a hardworking team member who can handle any task assigned to him. He is skilled in cutting, welding, performing maintenance, and operating equipment. Bryan is a valuable asset to the company and has a big heart… I worked with his dad [in a former role], and I can honestly say that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. ”
