That is why we’re proud to share that Antonio Jones, Crusher Operator, has been recognized as this month’s honoree!
Antonio has built a reputation as a dependable team member of the Bulldog Crusher team, taking pride in his work and consistently going the extra mile to support his crew. Through hard work, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, he has become an asset that his teammates can count on.
Kenny Wooten, Crushing Operations Supervisor, has seen Antonio’s growth firsthand. He shared, “Antonio does an excellent job and has shown steady growth, continuing to build on his strengths since joining the team. Over the past year, he has consistently fulfilled his responsibilities. He is a reliable team member who gets along well with everyone. He stays on top of his tasks and always does what is needed to get the job done.”
That dedication and sense of responsibility are evident in the way Antonio approaches his work each day. According to Eddie Ragsdale, Director of Production, Antonio takes great pride in both his equipment and his role on the team. He stated, “Antonio is a very dependable team member. He keeps the crusher in excellent shape and takes very good care of the tools on site. He is always willing to learn more and is now training to operate a loader. We’re proud of his progress, and he is a valued part of this team.”
Antonio’s commitment extends beyond his daily responsibilities. He has also embraced the values that define our culture and guide the way we work together.
During a recent safety huddle-up, Antonio demonstrated his understanding of the company’s core values by confidently naming each one—Safety, Excellence, Integrity, Sustainability, and Inclusion—and sharing what they mean to him. As Taylor McPherson, Director of Communications and Engagement, noted, Antonio’s ability to connect those values to the work happening on the job site each day showed not only knowledge but a genuine belief in what our company stands for.
