Lisa Tubbs, Administrative Support
Since joining us in 2022, Lisa Tubbs, Administrative Support, has been assisting the payroll and HR departments, as well as providing help wherever needed. Known for her friendly and kind demeanor, Lisa excels in her role by carrying out tasks with a high level of accuracy and greeting visitors with an inviting welcome.

Kathy Richardson, Executive Assistant
Kathy Richardson, Executive Assistant, joined the team in 2014 in an administrative role and has since transitioned to her current position as Executive Assistant, providing support to Pat Nelson, President. In her multifaceted role, Kathy excels particularly in communication management and other key areas.

Charlotte Swanson, Executive Assistant
Charlotte Swanson, Executive Assistant, works closely with Jeremy Ramberg, Vice President of sister company Lehman-Roberts, but truly helps us all be more productive and efficient. Employees who have traveled to training, enjoyed a company lunch, or attended our Annual Training Academy have benefited from Charlotte’s exceptional work.
