That is exactly why Terry Graham, Leadman, has been recognized this month in our Blueprint for Excellence series.
As Leadman at Perry Plant, Terry has earned the respect of his team through his unmatched work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to helping others succeed. Whether it is stepping in to assist a coworker, teaching and mentoring newer team members, or simply showing up with a stellar attitude each day, Terry consistently sets the standard for what excellence looks like.
Scott Jefferies, Assistant Superintendent, shared, “Terry is a model team member. He shows up every day and gives it his all. He treats everyone with respect, is always in a good mood, and helps uplift the rest of the team. His drive and dedication are really exceptional.”
That same commitment is something his coworkers notice every day. Foreman Carmichael Roberts shared, “Terry is excellent at every task he is given. He truly exemplifies all of our core values. There’s nothing he wouldn’t do for his teammates.” Tyler Sanders, Groundman, added, “Terry is the hardest worker I have ever met. He never misses work and always tries his best to help others with any task, no matter what it is. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. He is also patient and always aims to teach other team members when they need it.”
Terry’s leadership at Perry Plant goes beyond the work itself. His consistency, willingness to help others, and positive influence on the rest of the team and company as a whole make him a true example of the values that drive our company forward.
